Today, we'll be going to Emily's 3rd Birthday. I didn't want take my nap yet since the birthday party started at 11:30am. When we arrived, I noticed lots of balloons. Well, it's up high on the ceiling so I couldn't get it. Then I played with the other kids as well. We were playing "Catch the butterfly". The paper butterflies flew out of the elephant nose.

Papi was a little hungry so he grabbed some appetizer. I also tried some of the food, resoles, lemper. I also tried the Vietnamese bbq beef, it was a little spicy but I didn't feel it. I just keep on eating.
It was passed 2pm and I haven't had my nap. I keep on playing even though I was already sleepy. There was a couple of times when I went on the sofa and try to sleep, but there was just too many distractions. Lots of other kids are playing so I didn't sleep.
Finally, papi had to make the decision. Right after the cake cutting, we went home. On the way to the freeway, I dozed off. I couldn't open my eyes. I was just knocked out. Even on the way home, mommy picked me up and put me back to sleep. I woke up and so papi accompanied me. Papi is also stuffed and at the same time tired, so papi overslept. I was watching papi as well so since papi is sleeping, I slept as well.
After I woke up, Cici Nadya and Marsha came back from the LA trip. I remember them and so I said hi to them and we played together. It was fun having them at home :) Even at night, they asked me to sleep with them together in the room. I was only playing with them and I call mommy and we went to the room. Good night everybody. I can't wait until tomorrow to play with Cici again.

I woke up at 7:30am and mommy and papi are still sleeping. I went to papi's side and papi picked me up. Then I asked papi for milk. After that, I watched Cars with papi and ate my breakfast, rice and egg. Papi made bread with nutella and I had some as well. Then, I asked for more milk and it was almost time for bed. But I took papi's book and ran off outside to the living room. When papi came to get me so that I can go back to the room to sleep, I was too excited and turned and fell face down with the bottle. I literally cut my upper lips and blood was gushing out my mouth. Papi quickly brought meinto the bathroom and washed my lips. Mommy put some sugar on my lips to help stop the bleeding. Until then, I stopped crying and mommy and papi thank God because now I'm ok. Mommy also gave me some raspberry ice-cream to help ice off the cut and stop the bleeding as well. I was enjoying the ice-cream that I forgot the pain. Papi didn't want to give me milk because of my lips. Furthermore, papi didn't want me to brush my teeth.
After my two hour nap, I took my lunch again. My upper lip is still swollen from the inside and papi gave me my lunch. Apparently, mommy and papi are waiting for me so that we can go to the Han Kook supermarket for shabu2 and bbq. I ate some of the seaweed and also fishball. It's really good that I ask for more.

When we got back, mommy prepared for the shabu2. Papi put me on the seat and gave me the seaweed snack. I have to wait until everybody is seated. Papi then prayed for the meal and I immediately gulf down the seaweed. Papi also gave me some of the fish balls and sesame flavor shabu2 sauce. But I already a lot while I was at the supermarket, so I only had some.
After dinner, mommy was cleaning up the table and I wanted to help. Then mommy also clean up the kitchen and I wanted to help as well. I used the sweeper and swept the kitchen and bathroom :) Mommy and papi are amazed. Papi also helped direct me to sweep the bathroom and ask me to put back sweeper.
When it was time for me to go to sleep, I told mommy that I wanted to go to sleep, "bobo". But just when I lay down, I wanted milk, "susu" and went to the kitchen and waited at the fridge. Papi opened the fridge door and I got the milk and went into the bed.
I started to know more and able to articulate more to mommy and papi and plus I'm getting older. I didn't sleep immediately though :) I was still playing in the room until about 8:45pm.

Happy New Year 2009!!! We thank God, Jesus Christ for the wonderful year ahead. God is so good and He has blessed our family so much and He is faithful in continuing to bless us even more.
We'll be going to The Container Store and Best Buy today. Mommy wants to buy a box to put all my toys while papi still have a gift card to use in Best Buy. The gift card was a blessing for papi's birthday.
While we were at The Container Store at Santana Row, I was holding my blanket and shopping around. There are so many boxes and interesting stuff. I couldn't help but to touch everything. Papi is terified because I might break something so papi has been watching me all over the place.
In one of the isle, we found a small chair and I was playing with it and sitting down by myself. Papi noticed that I like sitting down by myself. Back at home, I used the Huggies box as my chair. Mommy accompanied me while I was sitting down.
After The Container Store, we went to Best Buy. Papi got a bluetooth handfree kit and also a webcam for mommy. The webcam is used for mommy so that papi can see us using Skype. Then mommy also use the remaining gift card to buy a dvd.
Since papi is still "shopping" around, mommy brought me to the small playground. I played with another older kid in the toy house. I also played the slide by myself. Mommy didn't even try to help me because she wanted me to explore it myself. So I did it, I slide down by myself.
Even when papi is done, I didn't want to leave and keep on playing. Papi gave me some time to play, about 30 minutes and until then papi said that we are going home. I was still playing and so papi picked me up. I threw a little tantrum but papi ignored it because it's not the right behavior. Before going out of Best Buy, I quiet down by myself. But overall, we have fun :)

Today, we will have a Christmas Dinner at Aunt Priscillia home. Instead of american or italian food, it will be indonesian cuisine. Mommy already prepared ahead and so we were ready. The event is at 5pm and the reason for that is because we wanted to leave early and that I can still make it to my bedtime.
However, when we are about to leave, papi forgot to fill up the gas. So we have to stop by at Costco gas station first. There were lots of people filling up gas and that itself took 30 minutes. Then we had to go to New Hwong Kok to get appetizer, crab rangoon.
We arrived at Aunt Priscillia at 5:30pm and it was just in time. Aunt Priscillia got a christmas tree and we decorated the tree. It's my first time decorating a christmas tree. I was also hungry so papi gave me some egg roll and also crab rangoon. And since I can reach and grab the crab rangoon myself, I went to the table and self-served. Papi caught me taking couple of crab rangoon :) I also had some of the sweetened ice tea during dinner.
After dinner, we played the white elephant gift. Well, I still don't understand by mommy wanted me to be involved. Even Uncle Ethan asked me to open up his gift. It was fun but at the same time I was sleepy. It passed my bedtime and mommy and papi is not aware of it.
Finally at 10pm, we went home. Papi already changed my clothing and brushed my teeth. Few minutes passed by and we were on the freeway, I was immediately knocked out. But I woke up at 1am!!! and stayed up for another hour. I woke Marsha and Nadya up. Apparently, papi thinks that it's because of the sweetened tea. Even mommy is not feeling sleepy after drinking the tea. Next time, mommy and papi knows not to give me tea before my bed time :)

We went to Great Mall America with Uncle Ronny, Aunt Juliana, Nadya and Marsha. We will be having Dim Sum at Mayflower. There were lots of people trying to find parking. Papi had to circle around the parking lot. Then, there was a small incident. The car was actually driving pretty fast but the other was driving slowly and had a blind spot. He couldn't see the car and whamm... It hit the side of the car and the license plate went off flying. We just have to be extra careful.
Finally, we got the parking. Even the parking for expectant mum is full!!! Uncle Ronny and Aunt Juliana already got their seat and we had our lunch. I ate some of the shiumai and had the orange. I couldn't sit still so I was disturbing the rest of the people. Mommy and papi haven't finished their lunch so Aunt Juliana picked me up and went outside since she has finished.
We parted because I was taking my nap and after that we'll be going to church. Uncle Ronny, Aunt Juliana along with Nadya and Marsha went to Pleasanton for their church service. I took a long nap but we have enough time and not be late to church.
During the praise and worship, I wanted to go to the nursery room. But papi insisted that we stay because it's important we finish our praise and worship to the Lord. I keep pulling papi by the finger. When that failed, I tried mommy as well. Only after we finished and Uncle Devy prayed for the kids that papi and I went to the nursery room. I played with the toys and even brought my car and train as well. There was a new girl, her name is Elisabeth. Papi asked me to share the toys with her and I shared with her. Papi praised me for this :) Papi did this because he wants me to learn especially that I will have a sibling.

Papi will have Christmas Office Party today so we are sending papi to work. Furthermore, we are going to pick up Uncle Ronny, Aunt Juliana, Nadya and Marsha at the Airport. They will be coming from Indonesia. I haven't met them ever since I was a little baby.
When papi is working, mommy and I went with Aunt Irene to go shopping. Mommy wanted to get boots because the weather is colder.
At about 6pm, we picked up papi. However, instead of going straight to the airport, we have to send papi's coworker, Nitasha, to her home. Her husband is out of town and she was waiting for her friend. We just happen to be in the area. When she sat behind the car, she was playing with me and I was really happy. She smiled a lot as well and tickled me.
Then we headed to the SFO airport. Just in time, they arrived at 6:30pm and they are at the baggage claim. Uncle Ronny went to pick up the rental car first so we picked up Marsha and Nadya first. I was excited to see my cousins and both of them couldn't stop talking in the car. Well, I try to keep up as well :) It was really fun.
When we got home, they were all still jet lag, so I had to sleep in. At first, I didn't want to go to sleep but papi insisted that I go to sleep. I resisted but I was too tired.

I woke up in the middle of the night crying out. Mommy was just finishing up making rum balls while papi is finishing up his work. I didn't want papi so I was hugging mommy. But I was crying out "Dada" all the time. Papi thinks that I was telling mommy about just now. Papi was trying to put me to sleep last night and I wanted mommy. But papi told me to go to sleep. I was really sleepy that time.
Anyway, I went back to sleep again with mommy :) Until the next morning, around 5am, instead of going to mommy's side, I went to papi's side. Normally I would go to mommy's side. Papi picked me up and put me in the middle and I went back to sleep again.
I woke up at about 7:50am so papi have to take the late train. Lately, I've been waking up late.
Mommy gave me the rum ball and I like it... "Enaak". First I took a small bite, then the next thing, I took the whole bite.. yummmmy :) I also took my nap pretty early, around 10am. Normally I would take my nap pretty late, at around 11 or even 12. Mommy's plan was to go to the mall before picking papi up at the Caltrain station, but I haven't eaten my lunch yet so we didn't go. But after a while, I ate my lunch and it was also time for us to pick papi up.
So after picking papi up, we went to Valley Fair Mall. Papi took out the stroller and I wanted to push the stroller. I was a little slow and papi was impatient as well. Papi was also concern about the cars in the parking lot so he carried me and the stroller until we are inside the mall. Wherever mommy and papi went, I pushed the stroller and I didn't want mommy and papi to help me at all.
While at the Food Court, there are free sample of food for the Mongolian, Teriyaki Chicken, and Sushi. I had the mongolian noodle and teriyaki chicken and even wanted more. We didn't get the coupon this time so the next round, papi came and ask for the coupon. Papi and I also got more chicken teriyaki :) Mommy didn't know what to order yet so she asked papi to get extra teriyaki meat for 99cents and everyone ate together. I sat on the chair by myself and we prayed and gave thanks to the Lord. Yummmy... I ate quite a lot even though I already ate my lunch just now. Then we asked for another mongolian noodles and I ate it by myself. I even messed up my jacket.
On the way home, I was really sleepy and by 7pm I was knocked out. Mommy took all the things while papi carried me to our home. Papi then changed my clothes and diaper. I forgot to brush my teeth as well, oppps :)
